Central air is a good fit if your home has existing ductwork and you want powerful, even cooling in every room. If you have no ducts, a ductless mini-split or a ducted heat pump may suit you better. We assess your home during a free visit and recommend the best option for it.
It can, but adding new ductwork is a larger project. Many homes without ducts are better served by ductless mini-splits or compact ducted systems in the attic, which install with far less construction. We look at your home and explain each option, including how disruptive the work would be.
The right size comes from a manual load calculation, not square footage alone. We account for insulation, windows, sun exposure and layout. Correct sizing keeps temperatures even, controls humidity and prevents the short cycling that wears out an oversized unit. We explain the result during your free estimate.
